Haemorrhagic Cyst
Today I undergone with sonography...Dr said both ovaries slightly bulky...And multiple small follicles...And right overy have 28 mm Haemorrhagic Cyst ...Plzz tell me the cyst will need surgical treatment...??

No surgical procedure. Usually it is due to hormonal imbalance. Or follicular rupture. You can take tablets.
