Haemoglobin
My Wife is 3 months pregnant (completed 13 weeks) and her haemoglobin level is 8.7. Is it advised to take injection for this or is it advisable to take iron tablets. What is the best way to increase the haemoglobin. Also is it good to take injection during the first trimester? Will it be safe. Please advise.
