Had pain in ankle. Uric acid report 8.8
20days back i had suppen pain in ankle and had difficulty walking. Dr asked fr uric acid report it was 8.8. This was 1st time this happened to me. I am over weight and no activity throughout the day. I am pure veg. Dont drink or smoke. I used to have soft drinks. Dr told me to take fabuxostat 40 for 3 months. Now i currently have no pain while walking after 20days. My question is i have started walking and cardio. Stopped having softdrinks and follow strict diet and i started being active along with fabuxostat. Is my condilife long or can it be reversed permenantly? Will i have to take medicine life long or with diet and weight loss and proper exercise i can live a normal life . I didnt hav any medical issues in the past. But this was disturbing fr me ankle pain fr 2 days and then uric acid came 8.8 . I am scared and very upset plz help. Can it be reversed permenantly?
