Had Icecream....Constant front ToothPain

I had ice cream 3 days back...my front tooth is paining a lot...I am getting pain from eye to front tooth beside nose part. I took AMPOXIN-500 and ALDIGESIC-SP tablets. What should i do next? Please give me your suggestions.

Continue the medication . Get the X-ray done of that tooth. This is probably showing infection in that tooth. It will require further treatment , once diagnosed through X-ray .
