  4. Had a lipoma on my wrist. Serious?

Had a lipoma on my wrist
Hi doctor, I don't what it is but I had a lipoma like thing on my wrist and it's damn hard. I tried to massage over it, provided heat but still it's as it is. It looks really bad and sometimes it also give pain whenever I bend my wrist. Is it something serious? And how it can be diagonaised... Thanks in advance
