Had a ichy dry rash which turned black

A dry iching dry rash has appeared near my chest which had dry scattered skin texture when it was rubbed because of iching it dry layer was removed and ichn redused slowly but later that area turned into a black mark and it's there from a considerable period it don't have any iching now but it looks not nice It is not iching but it's black dark concentrated where rash occurred previously
