Hi! I have this big looking chest from my childhood, I was heavy with 100kg 10years back. That's when I started doing exercise and now I weight 70kg but still I didn't lose fat in chest area. As I googled I came to know about this gynecomastia and read that only surgery can help to overcome this. My question is, is it safe to do this surgery and will this reoccur again. Is there any complication after this surgery. It is really embarassing if I had to remove my shirt when I'm in a group.
