Greetings. So couple of things need to be assessed. Whether you are over weight and whether there's just accumulation of fatty tissue, and you could possibly ty losing weight and check if that's really helping. Also may be neccessary to just have a hormonal profile checked. If there's no other cause and even if there is, the most successful forms of treatment remains liposuctiona nd you 'll need to see a qualified plastic suregon for the same.
