Gynecomastia
I have developed puffy nipples since the last 2-3 years. Actually it's been prominent since i gained weight. Usually i used to stay around 75kgs but ever since i started forcefully gaining weight the condition worsened. I used to be underweight, BMI was below 18. Started working out at 18, normalised my weight around 75 by the age of 20, but ever since i started eating more to gain more mass i started developing gynecomastia. It's an embarrassment to wear T-shirts and i stick with shirts. Current weight is 83kgs, height is more than 178cm but less than 180cm( around 5feet 10inch). Should i start with losing weight? I have developed a massive appetite and eat more than the average person, also i have a bit of a belly. I also tried crash diets, where i lost 6kgs in 18days. Should i lose weight the normal way, and should i start taking medications for gynecomastia? If so, then what medicines should i take? I'm also hoping to get my hormonal test done as soon as possible.
