Hi,
I am a 27 years old male from Hadapsar, Pune, suffering from gynecomastia with tissues deposit on my right chest and swollen nipples. See Gynacomastia is related to ur hormonal changes and due to depostion of fat at that region...so we have to work on both things...see i m not commenting any bad thing over surgery but if u consult surgeon he may tell u that after surgery these can happen again of again there is hormonal changes....and it is costly also.. Go for Ayurveda and see the changes in both ur cause but it will require a proper treatment...and more detailed history required for proper treatment
