I have been having small difussed slightly red bumps in my genital area, specially labia minora since last 5months.the swellings are about 2mm in diameter & are painless.whinthin a few days they become pus filled & get drained spontaneously.the lesions are non-itchy.but they keep growing back no matter how clean i keep myself. I am sexually active.my partner has no symptoms. How serious is this? Is there a chance that I have got Herpes?or is it simply vaginal boil? Is my partner at risk?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since yours is a long standing case, it would be better if you consult a gynaecologist in person and get it checked out. The diagnosis is better established when a doctor examines a patient and takes a detailed history. Kindly maintain proper personal hygeine. Consult a gynaecologist ASAP. Best regards.
