Hello doctor, I was diagnosed with pcod 4 years back. Have been facing delay is periods since then. For the last 4 months my periods were delayed by just 5-7 days every month. This month it's already about time now, but I am experiencing severe pre menstrual symptoms. I have pain on my lower back and the pain on my breasts, which has become unbearable now. I am unable to do any physical activities including exercises.

It's mostly pre menstrual and will subside when you start with your period. If you want you can take a mild painkiller for it.
