I am trying to conceive from last four months. I had mild pcod issues. Doctor treated with trumpcod medicine.This time on day she gave letrozole from day 3 to 7 and also 8, 9 and 10 my doctor gave me gonal f injection.On day 12 Both the ovaries had each four or five big follicles. She injected coriosurge 5000 iu injection. From day 24 th i had abdominal pain.so i checked home pregnancy test (yesterday) on 27th day. I had positive upt. Also i went to give beta hcg it showed 158.8 miu/ml. But the problem is had abdominal pain often. Doctor asked me to do transvaginal scan. She said all the remaining folliciles collided and created a cyst and got broken. Now it is in fluid form, so that am getting pain. She initially thought i developed OHSS. Later she said nothing to worry and gave dolo 650 for pain. Now my question is whether this problem affect my pregnancy??please help me. I am really worried a lot. Today am in 28th day

If your gynecologist has done a recent TVS scan, she may have done so to rule out OHSS. If your symptoms are receding at the moment, continue the advice given by your doctor, take rest
Next Steps
Watch out for other symptoms: Sudden weight gain in a single day, abdominal swelling, shortness of breath in which case you have to see a doctor immediately
