Your Mom's case should be well diagnosed first. Just controlling the bleeding is not enough. Pl do the following tests at the earliest.
1. Blood - TC, DC, ESR, Hb gm%, Platelet count , TSH,
2. USG Scan of Abdomen and pelvis.
