Gynaecology Issue - My Wife Having Issue Related To Her Period.

My wife having issue related to her period. She is getting her period in every 2 week from last 2-3 moths with lower left abdominal pain but she is having normal bleeding, also with headache and irritability. She got her last period on 3 march before that 18 march .She is 30 year old and she is mother of 20 month old baby . She is still breastfeeding. Please let me know what to do.
