I am 33 years old. Today I have undergone USG abdomen and pelvis. Impression was isoechoic nodule 1.2 x 1.8 cm in the right ovary and having small multiple peripheral cysts in both the ovaries. what does it mean and plan of treatment?

This is not uncommon Suggestive of multiple cysts in ovary which may lead to pcod

Mostly like to b PCOD, need details history, what are symptoms you are having, why you did an usg, is there any menstrual irregularities,etc Better to get an consultation for further evaluation & management.
