YES......Generally there are a lot of myths about what foods are to be taken during pregnancy. During first 3 months generally due to nausea, vomiting, and aversion to strong tastes, pregnant women tend to starve a lot, and trouble themselves by keeping away from food stuffs. You can take the above food stuffs if you like them. But if after taking you feel odd about them please switch to other varieties. Egg contains proteins and is good for health, but in first trimester many women dont like it due to the aroma of a boiled egg or egg preparation. so judge for yourself White bread, is madeof maida, and as compared to that rotis made of wheat flour and multigrain bread would be better Boiled or roasted corn have a strong aroma and if you like it then you may have it, but be careful to chew them well Eating dry food stuffs like biscuits, farsan items, khakhra, dhokla, idli, dosa, poha, upma, etc in small amounts every 2-3 hours will be better. Roasted Chana is good too, but sprouted beans in form of salad or usal is also a good source of vitamins
