  4. Gynae Problems. It because of the heat?

My menstrual cycle usually comes 27-28th of every month. Last month just after the completion of cycle I witnessed an ulcer inside my vagina. I consulted the doctor and she said it might be Herpes and I was given treatment. Within a week it was gone. Now again I witnessed an ulcer a little outside. Is this a serious problem or is it because of the heat? Please help.
