Gynae problem
In first pregnancy i was bleeding from very first day and the pregnancy was terminated as the fetus didnot have heartbeat after 8 week scan and rescan. This event was in Uk. Last year i came back to India and I am trying for baby but was unsuccessful but then i did two iui and the secind one fortunately worked. I had iui on 5 th february and today is 7 th march . I am on duphaston 10 twice daily . I have planned a scan on 17th march what are the chances that my fetus would have heartbeat. What are the reasons for the fetus not having heartbeat in the first case if you could please tell me. How do i see the growth of the fetus from outside without scan

In your 1st pregnancy, the foetus might not have been well formed n so the heartbeat was missing. Now that u have successfully conceived let's concentrate solely on this pregnancy.
Next Steps
Increase in your stress levels interferes with the growth of your foetus. Growth of foetus could be detected on scan only.
Health Tips
On the scan itself, u would get to hear the heartbeat but repeated scans ate not advisable as it's harmful to both of u. Smoking or alcohol consumption if any should be strictly avoided.

Chances can't be told like this and there are certain blood tests that can be done to reveal the fetal well being, but in this stage nothing can be said by looking at the abdomen.
