Hello. I am on ttc for 8 months with letoval 2.5 mg twice from 3 to 7 days and duphaston twice for 16 to 25 day for 4 months. I had regular periods on 30 to 32 days which becsme 28 th day on this cycle. i have done folliculometry which shows ovarian follicles on 10 th day 17 × 13 mm. As I am not conceiving I had hsg last month 30 th september. My lmp was 23rd september. After hsg i had bleeding which lasted for 4 days. My gynae gave me clingen forte. After which the brownish mucus discharge subsided. On 23 rd october all of a sudden I had a bit of bfown mucus with no further bleeding or any there after or before pms. i waited for five days took hpt negative after 7 days done blood hcg less than .1. Today is 12 th day and even now i didnot get periods. my periods was due on 23 rd oct. this month i didnot take any medicine except ovigyn dsr and eltroxin 75 and amlodipin 10. what can be the cause and what should i do. Did the hsg delay my periods. My husbands reports are also fine.

Sometimes because of antibiotics after HSG period may be scanty. Wait for 26 th November to get your natural periods dear. Kindly share the HSG report for better understanding dear. You can restart Letrozole from day 2 of next cycle if bilateral tubes are patent .
