Hello Doctor! When trying for pregnancy..after having sexual intercourse..should women wash or clean the area immediately or they should wait for some time...and lie down in straight angle for the liquid to reach inside please suggest remedies Thank you!

Not necessary to be in the straight angle , but if just keep lying down after intercourse is better than to immediately get up and get clean up.
