Gym related injuries.
Because of gym iam suffuring from 4-5(shoulder,knee,ankle,mid back,bicep join,wris) injuries. I have took treatment fore some injuries before. For time being i get relief but as soon as i start doing gym with very light weight also, pain starts again. Should i go to orthopedic doc or physiotherapist ?
