They can be removed through a 5mm scar which is almost unnoticeable.

Greetings.  You may not have a real gynecomastia - which means enlarged breast nodule. You may have excess fatty tissue or muscle mass...  However I guess you should see a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who deals with lipo suction - this may be the ultimate solution. Warm regards
