Is the baby formula fed ?  Farting and little poop coming out is normal. Loose motions only need treatment if there are more than 4 very watery motions and child becomes weak and looses weight. Give colic drops. Also give probiotic, like syrup Nutrolin B 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days. Teeth will usually come after 6 months. Pressing gums together may mean stomach pain.

Hi. More detailed history required. Is the baby on breast feeding or formula feed. Passing 5-8 watery stools is normal for this age. So this is not teething
Next Steps
If baby is active and feeding well, passing urine adequately, nothing to worry.
