Guitarist hand issue

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am a guitarist and i woke up about a month ago and my right hand felt unnatural and inaccurate. Can't seem to play the same with my right hand. There is no pain or sensation at all. I've tried taking time off from playing, doing stretches and all sorts of things. Cant seem to shake it. Please help!
