Guidance needed
Hello doctors I had paranasal sinus fungal infection surgery last year in December. Since then I am on medication. I have a son of two years old. I am thinking of conceiving again as I am already 33. But I am still on medication. My question is can I conceive and continue my sinus medicines too? Attached my medicine names. Thanks in advance

Hello. You have to understand that fungal infection of paranasal sinuses can reoccur, sometimes even after surgery. You have to stop these medications in initial trimester of pregnancy ( i.e after you conceive) coz even steroid nasal spray has some systemic absorption though not much.
Health Tips
Nasal douching (Naso wash) you can continue and will be helpful.

See if you are taking nasal spray and antiallergic only then you can definitely conceive. It’s just the antiallergic medicine needs to be changed once you conceive as right now you are taking ebast-M them it needs to be changed to plain cetrizine like Alerid. Nasal spray act topically yes but you do need to take break from nasal spray after 1-2 months of continuous use.
Next Steps
Plan with your Gyanecologist
Health Tips
Take steam do breathing exercise and avoid cold air exposure for allergy issues.
