  3. GTT test report review. I am diabetic.

I am in my 26th week of pregnancy... In GTT test blood sugar test is 112.9mg/do and urine blood sugar it is showing "present".. is that mean I am diabetic.. ? please review report and let me know hb is 12.4g/dl.
