Growth related
Hello Drs My son age is 2.7 right now. We noticed that his height and weight not growing when he was 1.8 years old. We discussed the same with Dr with whom we were taking vaccinations, he suggested that give some multivitamins and some other syrup which we tried But still the body weight and height were same I mean no difference we noticed. Later we consulted with some other Dr who was had suggested some tests which we have made and later we got to know that pituitary gland is released very less growth hormones. After that we started giving those hormones does from outside via injection as per dr suggestion. Now my query is we are getting changes in height of my baby bit that also not much and he is very thin. We are giving him all good food and even nutrition powder as well as suggested by dr. But still not getting much improvement. Pls suggest what I can give which help in growing weight and doesn't affect with injection which we are giving or any test which you suggest can do.

Hello.. Though u have not provided exact height and weight of your child at different ages as your child has been started on some injections I presume it's growth hormone deficiency though I don't have any reports. Aftrr growth hormone therapy height gain  should be around 10 to 12 cm in 1st Yr if he is diagnosed as Growth hormone deficiency. Adequate nutrition is most important factor along with these injections so try giving high protein diet . Also technique of injection, compliance and associated thyroid, cortisol deficiency, celiac disease needs to be checked.I have provided few points but U need proper Endocrine consultation  for thorough history and investigations.
Next Steps
Consult good endocrinologist In person.
