In recent months the colours around my eyes have changed drastically. I've always had trouble sleeping resulting in dark circles around them, however recently they seem to have grown drastically. I would like to note that due to me finishing my A levels I have been consuming a lot more alcohol in this period than I previously had. I am having trouble getting to sleep and waking up. I would like to know whether these are symptoms of insomnia or something along those lines and if I should get help

Hello.
Exams are stressful for everyone.
But, please consider moderate exercise in place of alcohol to calm your nerves. Try to stick to a similar sleep pattern every night.
Take care
