Groin sweating with reddish pimples
More sweating in groin region with reddish pimples in groin and thigh...irritation and sometimes itchy....causes pain while walking...currently I am using clotrimazole (broad range anti fungal) cream ....please suggest me some good cream to stop this problem.

It's tinea cruris infection...keep that area dry...wear loose clothes...u need topical as well as oral treatment.. do private online consultation and I will prescribe u proper treatment

Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Hi this could be - candidal or erthrasmal intertrigo / or / tinea cruris and best treated after examination by a qualified dermatologist near you. You could use clotrimazole cream; but if its not improving, its better you visit a dermatologist. AVOID USING ANY CREAM THAT HAS A STEROID CONTENT IN IT - LIKE CLOBETASOL / HALOBETASOL / BECLOMETHASONE / MOMETASONE - THIS MAY PROVIDE INSTANT RELIEF BUT WORSEN THE INFECTION AND MAY CAUSE MORE ISSUES TO CURE IT COMPLETELY LATER ON.
