Groin strain
I have groin strain and cannot walk due to it. There is a little swelling on my left leg. There is pain from my hip till inside of my thigh

Hello there Well you seem to have got Adductor muscle strain. Adductor muscle fibres may have been ruptured... This can be a relative easy injury if it is grade 1 or 2...or can be a bit complicated if its grade 3. When did this happen? Get back immediately with your symptoms and detail history. Regards
