Groin lump

I have a lump in my pubic area i.e on thigh on the inner side .there is a redness around the lump and is slightly painful. What should i do?

How big is the lump? Also give some hot water fomentation that is take a small towel wet it with warm water and apply it on the edges of the lump slowly. Do it 3-4 times a day. Do not use very hot water and burn your skin. Just warm water will do. Take tablet dolostat SP once in the morning and once in the night for 5 days. It is to reduce the pain and the swelling.
