I got injured while playing football 1 week back.I got hurt in groin Previously but this time it severe.want a permanent solution.

Hello well it seems like you are referring to muscle spasm near the groin region is occurs while playing football I would suggest you to meet an orthopaedician and get yourself examined...you an use hot bag for relief...thank you
