I got this ring shaped lesion in my groin area ,bilateral , and is very itchy , tried dusting powder and run guard bt didn't worked ,,it's gets annoying while sleeping

Greetings. Fungal infection is rather common in closed areas of body and worsens with sweat accumulation and excess moisturizer. Use of over the counter creams like ring guard only prolongs the infection and makes fungus resistant to treatment.
