Groin adductors,hip groin pain
It started 8months ago.consulted an ortho.he advised to take rest.During the resting period,went to the physiotherapist.healed at hip groin area.pain at adductors never healed.again went to ortho and MRI scanning.Found "marrow edema in bilateral symphysis pubis associated with mild irregularity of articular margins and adjacent minimal free fluid-f/s/o likely osteitis pubis.screening of both hip joints shows bilateral minimal joint effusion".Took medicines for 2months and rested.but pain asusual
