I am felling like there is dust particle in my right eye and I had washed with cold water many time still no effect. Please suggest any eye drop or home remedies to get rid of grittiness.

If there is indeed a foreign body (dust or anything else) that may cause constant grittiness as stated. You should check with an ophthalmologist (EYE specialist) and get it removed if present otherwise unnecessary injury shall occur on soft eye structure like cornea.
