Gripewater to newborns
Can I give gripe water to my 1 month old? If yes what can be the frequency and measure?
The kid does not pass motion often and cries because of tummy pain after 3 days but he poops every time gripe water is given.Given it for 2 times already. Tried with colicaid initially but it dint work.

Please don't give gripe water to your baby. It can cause allergic reactions which can be severe sometimes.
Breastfeed your baby exclusively for the six months. A bbay can cry due to many different reasons not necessarily tummy pain. normally they cry when they are hungry, bladder is full, they are wet and many ither reasons. If you feel crying is excessive, plz consult. There are ways to control abdominal colic for qhich you can consult.
