I have a son who os 4months old.he have recently vaccinated on 31/3/23.from he has fever ,cough.i thought it was normal.but on 4th day of vaccine,he still have fever cough with greenish poop likw watery with yellow seeds.is it normal or need to worry???

Yes. Need to evaluate as stools are not in normal consistency. Have to ask for feeding of child and also see pattern of fever. As it associated wirhcoldloooks like allergic .
