Green Bump on finger

Asked for Male, 29 Years

15 minutes ago, I was playing with a hard toy, and being dumb I'd hit it with my finger. A green bump started to form on the finger. Is it a popped vain or just a bruise. Now the bump is getting smaller, but it's still green.
