Granular Pharyngitis
I have chronic pharyngitis since 3 months. I met an ENT specialist who told me that it's due to acid reflux due to my schedule and habit of tea and also due to smoking cessation (3 months ago). I am very scared of cancer as I am just 25 and smoked for 3 years. My doctor told me there is no sign of cancer in my laryngoscope but there was just dilated vessels and also I feel like there is a lump in throat while swallowing salive but not problem in eating. Also some post nasal drip. I was prescribed neksium for a month then pan D now. I also met another Ent specialist for second thought. Both of them told me same thing n assured me that in cancer there is weight loss and continuous pain in one place which is not in my case and I even have pain in neck at different points which doc said is due to pain in veins  due to Reflux so 2nd Ent doc prescribed me anti anxiety medicines as he thinks I am civil services aspirant. Can I be sure that there's no cancer? kindly help i am very stressed.😔

I would support the diagnosis given to you by the previous two doctors. You seem to be suffering from laryngopharyngeal reflux which is due to acid reflux aggravated by stress. For this you must take Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast and lifestyle modification that includes a healthy diet, no spicy or oily meals, avoidance of tea and coffee and exercise. Also, a gap of three hours between dinner  and sleeping is important. Sleeping in a propped up position will help. Your symptoms do not resemble cancer. Stressing about that will also increase the gastritis.
Next Steps
lifestyle modification
