My skin is very dry. Im only 24 yrs old, but my skin looks like that of an aged person. My face is having a normal skin. But my hands and legs are very dry

What you are suffering from could be ichthyosis vulgaris, where in some individuals they have an increasing dry skin due to genetic tendancy. If this is what it is then it is not something that you should worry too much about.
