Grade 2 LVDD
Hello Sir/Ma'am. On 10th July this year my mother had echo and TMT All was ok in TMT. For Echo findings the doctor wrote - AO/LA 2.8cms/3.8cms LV 3.7cms/4.8cms Grade 2 LVdd No RWMA NOMR/AR/TR LVEF = 60% I want your help in understanding this report elaborately. What does Grade 2 LVdd mean and is it something to worry about? Please advise. Thank you.

If she does not have any symptoms , then nothing to be done. If she has breathlessness, then first do a bllod test (NT PRO BNP).. if high then she can be started on medicine. Overall the echo report is not worrisome
