Grade 2 fatty liver
I have been diagnosed with grace 2 fatty liver with a size of liver 14.5mm. And also there is elevated levels of liver enzymes. Sgpt =223 and sgot = 190

CHANGE THE DIET JUST BLEND OR WITH LEAST OIL N SPICES. BUTTER MILK, FRESH CURD. FRESH SALAD TWO TIMES BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER. SEASONAL FRUITS, JUICE. BRICK WALK FOR 40 MINUTES FIVE DAYS IN A WEEK.. ONCE YOU  CHANGE THE VALUE COMES DOWN SLOWLY. BUT YOU HAVE TO CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD FOR REGULAR EVALUATION.OK.
