Hello..
You have grade 1 oesophagitis and hiatus hernia because of which you will be facing problems of recurrent gastritis heart burn symptoms ..you need to consult a gastroenterologist first and take opinion..yes quitting smoking will help...do not lie down after eating ..thank you
