My mother is 65 years old few days ago my mother suffered from sevre joint pain and unbearable pain due to gout and swelling in both wrists and can't stand up from bed .If given injection given for pain it's relief for some time.

Don't keep giving pain injections. Gout has very good treatment options. And remember gout affects even the heart and other organs.
