Got slipped and head hit with wall
I got slipped and my head hitted on wall hard now i am having dizziness and pain in half side of head , does it comcerning do i need ro go to ER or any test should be run before like MRI or CT scan of brain or i m afraid that what if this started internal bleeding or anything serious pls suggest me what should i do
