Actually I am student so, I sit more than 14 hour for study resulted that my stomach got increased. My schedule of study is 8 PM to 4 AM and 11-6 PM. Please suggest me the method through I recover from that problem. I use to take healthy food.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
