Got Heat burn from silencer

I got heat burn from bike silencer on 16th September. It just behind my knee...I feeling too difficult in do my daily routine stuff...I was applying aloe Vera, olive oil and vaseline..for these days and ..burn seems like getting cured..but I got small heat boils next to that burn now..how can I treat it..please advise medicine
