Burn from silencer
I got burned from my bikes silencer and it kinda looks like 2nd degree burn...its painful..can you plesae suggest some ointment and any painkiller

Share your burn aea picture . Secondly I will advise you sofra tullu  bandage for applying on affected area . Secondly I advise you to take  tramadol plus tablet thrice daily regularly for one week. I advise you to take septum tablet 500 mg BD for one week regularly.

apply ice and silver x ointment. you might need antibiotics if u get infected
