  4. Got fever due to medicines. Dolo drops?

Got fever due to medicines
Sir my 6 months old baby was vomiting more than 8 times a day so I consulted pediatrician he gave LELET M ,TRICODEX A, MONTEGO 50mg and  ondewar for little caugh.... now my baby got fever please tell me which medicine I should stop now or can I give Dolo drops
